Reflexology has interested me for over 15 years, ever since someone presented me with a treatment session as a gift. The Australian practitioner was fabulous - friendly and accessible - but what really amazed me was her ability to pinpoint specific medical issues. In addition, I felt marvellous afterwards: not only was I totally relaxed, but I slept extremely well that night and the feeling of well-being stayed with me for several days.
I resolved to find out more about this intriguing and fascinating therapy: I chose the Bayly School of Reflexology, which is the official teaching body for the British Reflexology Association.
